Creatress
She sculpts with light. Sculpting in real time using a VR headset, she builds breathtaking digital art before a live audience, projecting every stroke onto a massive LED screen.
Creatress is a VR performance artist working where virtual reality meets fine art. Her sculptures are made of movement: feminine, Indigenous and organic forms, drawn in the air to music and to the energy of the room.
Fifteen minutes.
One sculpture.
A live set built for conferences, openings, galas and clubs. Nothing is pre-made. What the room sees on the screen is being created in that moment.

She steps in
Headset on, controllers in hand, a playlist chosen for the event. The screen behind her shows exactly what she sees.

The room shapes it
Music, dance and 3D sculpting fused into one act. The form follows the sound and the energy of the audience.

The work stays
The finished sculpture can be minted for sale, gifted to attendees, or kept by the host as a record of the night.
Made of light

Sarai Mora
Her love of art started with her grandmother, Pilar Mora Camarena, who made things her whole life from whatever was at hand, including mounted flowers and insects.
That practice came down from Luis Camarena, Sarai's great-grandfather, a noted entomologist and artist. It is why her first works minted on the blockchain were butterflies: a series of extrasolar butterflies sculpted in VR, standing for metamorphosis and the passage of a soul through time and space.
Born in Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico, she moved to Southern California in 2001 and now lives in a small town on Maui, where she has begun teaching VR art to students at a community school.
She has worked in photography, video, painting, sculpture, glassblowing and performance. She calls herself multi-disciplinary, multi-dimensional and multi-versal: she makes things you can wear and hold, and things that exist only in light.
“My mission is to express myself in a way that inspires others to find their own form of alchemy and wield their own super powers for the good of our world.”Creatress
